Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
Answer queries about products or the company.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Gender: Only Females are preferred.
Education: Bachelors (Preferred).
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 Months experience in Tele sales with good communication skills.
Proven experience in Tele-sales, preferably in the software or tech industry, such as ERP, POS, SaaS sales, etc., is preferred
Languages:
Fluent English is a must, Tamil and Hindi (Preferred) Chennai Locations.
