  • Working on job openings across multiple clients, industries and locations.
  • Identify qualified candidates through job boards, networking groups, social media etc,
  • Screen and access candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, background screening and conducting reference checks.
  • Obtains and generate leads and set new meetings with prospective clients.
  • Assist with the management of client accounts by attending meetings and sending correspondence and communicating with clients to resolve any issues.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Business Management, Technical, Communications, Marketing, Sales) keen interest in technical matters ( Engineering, IT, Technology)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience Microsoft office tools(outlook, Power Point, word, excel)
  • Proficient with Internet search and Navigation
  • Strong communication skills ( Phone , Email, Writing)
  • Sales oriented and self motivated
  • Positive mental attitude
