TELE SALES EXECUTIVES REQUIRED URGENTLY

We are looking for enthusiastic TeleCallers / TeleSales Executive in Chennai to contribute in generating sales for our company. An effective TeleSales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
• Answer queries about products or the company.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
• Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• E-mail Communication

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Gender: Both candidates can apply.
• Age Limit: Between 20 to 30 years.
• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Required) / Bachelors (Preferred).
• Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with Good communication skills.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai
• Languages:Fluent English is a must. Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam (Preferred).
• Joining date: Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days can apply.
