Hiring Telesales Executives

Job Description:
As a Telesales Representative, your role will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, present products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or take a desired action. Your primary goal is to generate sales leads, close deals, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional interaction with customers while adhering to sales targets and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists or databases.
Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and effectively explain the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers, identify their needs, and tailor your pitch to match their requirements.
Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections to provide accurate information and alleviate any doubts.
Closing Sales: Utilize persuasive techniques to guide the conversation towards a successful sale or desired outcome.
Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend related or complementary products/services to increase the value of the sale.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including contact information, preferences, and outcomes, in the company’s CRM system.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance your performance.
Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make an immediate purchase.
Collaborate: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the improvement of sales processes
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Gender: Both candidates can apply.
- Age Limit: Between 20 to 30 years.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Required) / Bachelors (Preferred).
- Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with Good communication skills.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai
- Languages: Fluent English is a must. Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam (Preferred).
- Joining date: Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days can apply.
Salary & Supplemental pay types:
- Salary is according to local market standards and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
