Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with developers and IT staff to resolve recurring problems.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking.
  • Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
  • Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.

Salary:RS,15000 to Rs.25,000

Job Timings:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Location: Kattankulathur, Chengalpattu.
