Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
- Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with developers and IT staff to resolve recurring problems.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking.
- Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
Salary:RS,15000 to Rs.25,000
Job Timings:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
